About The Starlight Club

The Starlight Club, a community service club under the Toa Payoh Central Community Club Youth Executive Committee, was set-up on Sunday, 15th March 2009 with the aim of raising awareness and fostering stronger support within the community towards its youths with special needs. Support to youths with special needs in our community (Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC) is established and provided through:-

- providing the liaison between special schools and community to ensure that youths with special needs continue to have meaningful social activities and social support after they leave schools; - organizing suitable activities for diverse groups of beneficiaries with different needs; - connecting existing community support groups with beneficiaries.

We are looking for young people, or the young at heart to contribute their time and efforts for a good cause. If you are keen to work with youths with special needs - The Starlight Club needs you!
