B.O.A.T.Basic Outdoor Adventure Training.

The B.O.A.T. course was initiated by the Toa Payoh Central CC Youth Group and supported by the PA Adventure Team to provide youths with the opportunity to learn adventure skills and safety aspects of adventure; create the awareness and promote adventure sports and to recruit potential adventure leaders. Since its inception in 1985, more than 400 youths have graduated from the 12 B.O.A.T. courses organized biennally. Through this course, the participants further their adventure skills in camp craft, first aid, abseiling, map reading and rock climbing. The strong bonding forged during the course prompted many participants to join the youth committee and serve the community. With 13th B.O.A.T coming, what are you waiting for?
